Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to services that are explicitly refundable as per the agreement.
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery or invoice.

Refund Process

  • Contact our support team via email or phone.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days.

Exceptions

  • Non-refundable services, customized products, and consultancy services are not eligible for refunds.
  • Any misuse of services or terms voids eligibility for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellations prior to service commencement may incur a 10% administrative fee.
